Business Development Manager - Staff Augmentation

Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads in IT Staffing and place IT professionals
• Prospect, qualify and capture new business opportunities
• Developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts
• Responsible for net new revenue every month
• Independently work to achieve sales targets. No dependency on any lead generation mechanism

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the IT Services and Staffing industry
• Must have at least 4 plus years of prior experience in staff augmentation to end customers and implementation partners
• Strong existing contacts with Sr. IT Executives and Project Managers in local region
• Influential relationships with business decision makers in Fortune 1000 companies
• Solid and stable career history

Business Development Manager – Projects
